Cancellation policies per room category within a single rate
We’d like the flexibility to define different cancellation policies per room category, without creating separate rates.
Example:
- Standard Room: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
- Suite with Sea View: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
Both should be part of the same rate, shown consistently across booking channels and internal systems.
Maybe as a rule?
