Group reservations - Change the name of the owner in one click for all rooms
It would be great if it is possible to change the owner of the group reservation in one time/ click of all rooms connected to the group reservation.
At the moment it's only possible to change this per room, instead of all rooms in one.
It would be great if it could be done the same way as that you can change the booker of the reservation.
This would make it a lot easier for us when the contact person of the group reservation changes.

I agree with Charlotte,
We are primarily a conference hotel that welcome conference groups from small to very large groups (up to approx. 350p). We use the function “Rooming list” when adding participant names to reservation, which is a very good function in Mews.
Now, when the participants' names have been added to the reservation, we have to make every person an owner and here is when our time consuming issue starts. We really need an easier way to make a whole group an owner instantly. As you are aware, today we need to go to each person and click "Make Owner" which is really time consuming, imagine when we have 350 persons to change ownership on....and even if a single group may not be that large we have several conference groups that together come up in a high head count, every day, so it is not "once in a life time" task. Please. will there be a solution to this in the near future?
