Improve Manager Analytics to include YoY comparison by day
Manager Analytics currently shows YoY comparison only on a monthly basis (this year's revenue vs last year's revenue).
Properties need a more granular report where YoY comparison will consist of individual dates.
Hoteliers want to see what the ADR, occupancy and revenue was last year vs this year (Jan 1st 2023 vs Jan 1st 2022, Jan 2nd 2023 vs Jan 2nd 2022). Include also the day of the week next to the date so that it's clear whether the date was a weekend or a weekday.
Having a report with this comparison would help hoteliers improve their revenue strategy.

When searching for forecasting future facing occupancy and revenue data, there is not currently a report that allows us to see occupancy and revenue data by month, by space category, and compared to the same data at this time in previous year(s).
What I'd request is a report that allows the data to be formulated as compared to previous year(s) as of a specific date. The example would be if a property currently has 500 nights pre-booked for 2025 for $100,000 in gross bookings, and last year at this point there were 300 nights pre-booked for $65,000 in gross bookings. I'd like to be able to see this data on a month by month basis so we can see how each month is performing as compared to the same month the previous year as of a specific date.
