Minimum Price for Space Categories
Currently, it's unfortunately not possible to set a minimum price for a space / room category.
However, this would be very helpful if you have a set of rates that derive its price from another rate (called "base rate" in Mews).
Let's look at the following example: To create better long-stay rates, I created 16 rates. For every two days a guest stays longer, the guest will receive a (small) discount for the whole stay.
So, the rate is always derived from another (base) rate. I would like to be able to set a minimum price on a space category level, so that a specific price never gets undercut.
This would really help to set up more complex rate sets.
Why all this? Most hotels / serviced apartments have long-stay rates that certainly don't make sense. Typically you see this: For 29 nights, the total price is € 1.200 but for 27 nights, its much(!) more, like € 2.000.
