Improve manual check-in process in Mews to include Credit Card view and not allow Check-in unless Payment Card is Present.
When checking in a guest in Mews it is not immediately apparent if their is a Payment Card on file unless you select the "Payment" button to see if one is present which is an extra click. If it is already there, it was a wasted click. If the card is not there, then you will need to enter the Payment Card. It would be good to see if a credit card is present or not in the reservation screen before you touch the "Check-in" button. Additionally, if there is no credit card or preauthorization on the card if Mews would not allow the check-in unless a Payment Card is on file AND a preauthorization has been done. We would like to reduce clicks in the check-in process and reduce the number of steps to streamline the process.
