Arrival Report with basic reservation information and notes printable on PDF
Currently the Reservations Report Arrival screen can be viewed. Many properties print this report to view any actionable items or notes. Currently, Mew has an export but the data has all the reservation information including address, credit card details, etc... that is not needed. Just need the ability to view/print on PDF basic guest arrival information especially notes that fit on a page.
These reports are not just backup reports, but used every day by the front desk team and are printed/viewed upon demand.

Our breakfast chef has NO way to pull a report for guest allergies. Any notes that do contain allergies don't print them out with out cutting the notes off. Exporting to a spreadsheet is time consuming and inefficient. It is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL for our chef to be able to quickly and easily pull this information on a weekly basis so he can write the menu. With all of the reports that Mews makes available, why is there no way for him to do this??

Missing this urgently for management (GM) level to have a quick overview of the arrivals for the day.
A possibility to filter the reservation report only to show certain values (also for data protection): guest name, arrival and departure date, room category, rate code, rate amount, number of nights, profile notes, reservation notes, vip / codes. -

Agreed - usable printable reports seem to be lacking across all functions.

The onscreen reports are petty good.
However, when exported to excel, they become over-complicated and lose their effectiveness for the average reader.
When I try to print to PDF via the button, I lose the onscreen formatting, and when I try to print the screen its 50/50 if it prints as I see it.
Well designed PDF Report exports seem a no-brainer!

depuis les changement était fait sur safari c'est une galère et pas du tout inventif de la part de travailler avec mews - plus d'impression possible des pages dans le tableau de bord détails, que j'utilise pour l'impression en papier pour les annulations et changement de tarif pour avoir une tresse, pareil, plus le partie paiement dans la tableau de bord de profil , identique pour les données de carte bancaire l'hors d'une reservation par telephone, pas possible d'imprimer cela sur safari , tout cela est que sur google chrome possible mais sur google chrome je doit attendre minute pour une impression - redemande fortement de revenir vers les fonctionnement sur safari comme avant vos changements car 'jai pris ce logiciel car elle est fonctionable sur safari je 'n'aime pas google chrome ou autres et évite depuis des années de travailler avec microsoft, google etc ils ne sont pas fiable concernant mes données merci de vite trouver une solution pour le dysfonctionnement qui perturbe mon travail depuis

Reservations basic report (guest name, notes, arrival date) is cut off when viewed and printed to PDF (for example to report daily to all departments avoiding every manager having to pull the same report in the morning). Long exported version is too detailed, so what is needed is the VIEWED version ensuring it fits on PDF to be able to share via email.
