Availability&Occupancy Report Segmentation

It would be really usefull if we could check the number of room night and its ADR per segment, as in the Reservation Report

    Dear MEWS Team, wish you are doing great!

    We in HQ revenue, have introduced new functionality in our Performance Board product. It is about a toggle that with one click, allows hoteliers to check their KPI-s and shift from BED to ROOMS.

    Also, there is the possibility above mentioned KPI-s can be split under segments level.

    So far our API connectivity does not offer us this solution.
    - We can not split BED KPI-s from Room KPI-s
    - No segments

    Please could you help? Our common customers especially Hostels would love this.
