Standalone PMS
I would love to see a standalone version of mews that doesn't run on a browser.
This would have two key benefits:
much faster loading times. We suffer from incredibly slow operating speeds all through mews, every time we press a button it has to spend time loading, which in cue means customers have to wait longer. creating terrible customer experience.
ability to have an offline mode. We also suffer not only from occasional mews outages, due to slow/unresponsive actions - but also bad internet where we are, which can often be very temperamental and drop out often during adverse weather etc. Having an offline mode would obviously lack the ability for live updates, but at least we can still see what guests are meant to be ariving, and to what rooms they will be going into.
