    We would need the possibility to be able to download a booking confirmation PDF that can be sent to guests, travel agencies & partners via separate email threads. The confirmation PDF should be fairly simple and include the following: arrival & departure dates, name of the travel agent (or company), room type (category), amount of rooms & people booked in the reservation, and the total price.

    The PDF that we can get from the "Summary" has information & links about booked spaces and that cannot be used (it is also visually not the best to look at). There is an attachment that is included in the automated confirmation email, but I have not been able to figure out why the attachment only appears for certain reservations and is missing for all the others.

    To be able to send confirmation as a PDF document.

    At this moment booking confirmations are sent automatically by the system, you can not change it to a pdf file.
