  1. It would be nice if the night, products and additional expenses, shown at the right side of the screen in a reservation, could be totals and be folded out if clicked on for details. This way long stays do not result in a long list you have to scroll down, to see the notes at the bottom.

  2. In MEWS system only superior employee can create employees under him . However I think this is a shortcoming in the system. As you know all management hierarchy follows up the chairman or CEO , then he is the only person who is allowed to create users. Also after going live and users usually face issues with their passwords , rights etc.. then the chairman should take care of fixing these issues!! I think this process should not be considered as is now. Admin user should be able to create and manage users and if you need to add another…

  6. When double clicking on the reservation number, it also selects some text next to the reservation number.
    In the daily use, you often have to copy the reservation number, so it's much easier and faster if you can do it with a double click.

  7. end of day should not be mandatory 12pm. Some guests arrive after 12pm - will be automatically noshow on that day. Further, it is not logic to book f&b products on another day, when the main day of the event is the prior one. This distorts heavily statistics

  20. Currently, you can enable or disable automatic sending of these emails. However, with this idea, you could specify to whom you would like or wouldn't like to send 'after start' and 'after end' emails
