  1. The revenues generated by financial reports are not including the POS revenue. Those can only be seen down under in "Selling points". Then we have to add or sunstract revenues to know exactly what was generated in total

  3. Dear colleagues,

    At this moment we can assign employees to the room but we can not cancel, it is only possible to override.

    It generous few problems:
    - in the next day room is still assigned to the same employee, a filter of the unassigned room is useless
    - everyday assignments must be made very carefully, checking when the room has been assigned, yesterday or today
    - it is not possible to make a report of an assigned room from the past, the system shows the only current assigned

  5. It would be nice to have the name of the employee who left a note on the reservation, This way is easier for departments to communicate. Since everyone needs to login with their own credential Mews should display who wrote the note. This will be a helpful tool for management to follow up with the person who's left a specific note on reservation. (e.g. guest complained about noise, the manager will be able to follow up with the receptionist who left the note- for more details.)

  8. What we would like is to be able to change the PAX on a nightly basis.

    E.g.
    "Guest A" has reserved a room for 5 nights. On night 1,2,3 Guest A stays in the room alone. Night 4 & 5 "Guest B" will join "Guest A" in the same room.

    As for now we have no possibility to change the amount adults/children since there's already products that has been consumed previous nights. (breakfast --> via product rule)
    This makes our safety list, and other reports show the wrong amount of overnight guests and products.

  10. As customers come to check in for their reservations, sometimes your property may have vacant rooms of a higher category. Therefore, notifications for your front of house staff regarding available room categories for an additional price could be a great way to upsell and book your location to full occupancy.

  11. Sometimes clients book 2 consecutive nights through 2 different means. It would help the communication with housekeeping if the reception was able to "link" the 2 reservations together so it is clear that the same person stays in the room. Additionally, it would be helpful to have an automatic detection of this kind of things, like a notification warning us that a reservation has been made with a similar name a day before or after.

  12. Right now, going through each stay restrictions requires your read each specific variable. However, just each restriction should be able to be named so that we can quickly figure out what each one does by title instead of reading through each variable.

  15. It would be great to have the option of having multiple emails with the account. Some people would like different charges invoiced to different emails (i.e. business card is only paying the room therefore that invoice goes to that email, and a personal email for all other expenses).

    Also another reason is husband and wife might want the invoice sent directly to there email

  16. There should be a possibilty to round up rates as customors wish. As per example here in Switzerland the smallest coin is CHF 0.05. Some prices, e.g. set up with a percentage off the base rate, are shown as CHF 181.07

  17. Would it be possible with the messaging function to have all the messages automatically attached to clients profile?

    Example: A receptionist is chatting with an arriving customer, but finishes his shift before this client arrives, another receptionist may not know/ check the read messages. It would be easier for the staff to have all guest messages attached to their profile.

  19. The timeline should be ordered by number and not only by categories, as every PMS does, instead of showing only by categories. By categories, the timeline is a real mess, since you have room numbers totally mixed.
