  3. The Availability block report (i.e. once exported to Excel) only outlines the blocks that are in place however it would be great to include further details such as how many rooms are held in each block.

  4. Currently the Reservations Report Arrival screen can be viewed. Many properties print this report to view any actionable items or notes. Currently, Mew has an export but the data has all the reservation information including address, credit card details, etc... that is not needed. Just need the ability to view/print on PDF basic guest arrival information especially notes that fit on a page.

    These reports are not just backup reports, but used every day by the front desk team and are printed/viewed upon demand.

  5. Would be helpful to have a feature for the group summary, that shows how many adults + childen are in the group. Now it shows only total amount of people.

  7. Staff privileges- Reservation staff need to be able to access reservations fully, but not have the ability to override the quantity of guests to be more than the room capacity . A fail safe is needed

  10. Implementation of a feature to automatically log-out signed-in employees after a certain amount of time, and additionally, a quick key to log out.
    In some cases, multiple employees work on one computer and forget to log out. A quick key to log out would make it easier.

  11. Some stay products are only used by management or certain reservation agents.
    Now all other agents and staff have to go through a long list of products to find the product that they need for the booking. Therefore it would be much easier if you could offer certain products only to management or certain employees.

  12. It makes sense to be able to see not only imminent (Pending) or past-date (Missed) tasks but also upcoming (Future) tasks on the main page ("Tasks" doughnut) - without having to go into the report every single time.

    The current state of affairs makes it often necessary to remind staffers of upcoming tasks outside of that section (or outside of MEWS e.g. emails, sticky-notes et al.), which does not make for a stellar user experience.

  13. It would be easy to select multiple reservation when checking-in or changing room number. For instance, if you have multiple rooms in a basic category and you want to give them all an upgrade (however separate reservations), it would be nice to have an easy way to select them all and drag to a different category. Moreover, When checking in rooms who are not merged together, however do arrive together, it would be easy if you could all check them in at once.

  15. Currently you are only able to select one export target for schedules. This means that for each configuration of people you need a new target. It would be useful to have targets setup for each individual person, then when creating a schedule you select multiple targets (people). This would make it easier to change who an export schedule gets sent to as well as making it easier to create schedules.

  17. To be able to click on each columns of the reservation report and to have the possibility to filter all the info by ascending order for example. If they are trying to find which customer paid his reservation the most expensive they would like to click on rate and to filter it.

  19. When making a reservation through the NRS, I would like to select the credit card or enter the details of the guest's credit card when making the reservation. Right now, I need to make the reservation and then add it separately

  20. At the moment in most cases we have to split reservations to perform a room change.
    It would be good to make a room move without any issues. One or two clicks the most would be good.
