  2. As a reservations agent I often receive requests via chat for extra products, services or items to be added to a room prior to a guests arrival, for example extra pillows. I would like to be able to create tasks for the correct department when a request has been made.

  4. The Rooming List can be used to add numerous reservations in one go. One of the necessities of this type of import is to be able to calibrate the reservations in one go also. Thus, if the client chooses that all the persons in the group need to pay their extra by themselves, then the Cashlist internals function needs to be ticked the same amount of times in Commander.

    Allow the Rooming List to also populate certain internals directly into the reservations/profiles in order to populate the information in one go.

  6. On the reservation screen, if the reservation is not saved (guests changed his mind for a reason) I want to be able to enter a turnaway reason: Price too high, room type not available...

  7. Configuration setting which allows us to Swop number of adults in reservation screen van low to high.
    By default its set to highest number of users, while our business services predominantly 1 persons in dorm types.
    We notice many wrong bookings are made, since its set by default on 1.

    Could we please get a choice on whether we display 1 adult before 2 adults.

  8. As promised here is the video with the 2 issues that our reception team will be delighted with if they are improved :)

    The first one: when creating invoices, see timecode 1:17, Pam needs to highlight and copy the booking reference number from that booking on the dashboard tab for that booking, she then needs to go to the billing tab and manually paste the number so then the invoice can be generated for the customer.   9. The property may need to ensure that all guests' information is filled during check-in due to regional requirements. Due to that, should any plans change from reservation creation to check-in regarding guest count, guests can't successfully check in if they initially booked for 2 people but only 1 person was able to show up.

    Make it possible to change occupation (guest count) on the kiosk last minute.

  10. Currently you need to set an individual routing rule per company/ travel agency. Please add the option to add a rule to bulk/all companies on the system instead of having to add one by one. The aim on this occasion is to have the company that is assigned to the guest profile reflect on the final bill.

  14. When you enter the block arrival date, why wouldn't the departure date automatically jump to at least the same day as arrival day or the day after? It makes no sense that we have to manually make sure that the departure date is not before the arrival date?! It is time consuming.

  16. It would be nice when notifications come in of new reservations, to be able to select them as read instead of clicking them one by one. It is important for our organization to check all reservations that are made online. Group reservations also come in regularly, now we have to click on all notifications one by one to mark it as read, then have to search again between the notifications where we left. If you could select the notifications and click as read, this would be easier.

  20. For colour blind staff the dots for dirty, inspected, clean etc. do not help. It would be useful to hover over the room number to see the status rather than having to open each room.
    Currently the timeline is not accessible for colour blind.
