Voucher - Need to be hidden
When creating vouchers - they need to be able to be made hidden and only appear when you select the TA or OTA that it is connected to. I need this created urgently please.

products in stay and service could be the same
Some products are being used in stay but are also used in service.
For example we have rental bikes that are booked in advance, but are also rented out by guests from outside the hotel. They don't have a booking with us, we book this on a paymaster but have to recreate the products we already have with the stay products. It would be great if we van connect or copy them in some way. messaging for non-guest
It would be great to extend the use of the message app also to non-guests. A link/button for on our website and in the regular e-mails, would be great.

Search Bar in the Left Panel - to jump to the right section within Commander
It could be useful to have a search bar within the left panel, so that we can jump to the right section directly, instead of clicking through the various path to get somewhere specific.

If one got more then 3 converstaions ongoign in help center with you Mews guys it is really difficult to find the topic one would further communicate in. Something like a title or such would be very helpful.

We have contacted support and they addressed this with intercom. However, as we don’t have power over their roadmap and prioritization (we are just one vote as their account), we decided to put the idea as unlikely. We will let you know if we get different response in the meantime.

Products with a price that's relative to the net rate can be charged per person, per night, and per person per night.

Task expiry to cause a notification
As there may be many tasks created for your property, they can be difficult to keep track of when managing many aspects of your operations. For this reason, passing task deadlines should generate a notification for the task creator or any department members to which the task is assigned. After being sent, these pending notifications would only be dismissed when the task is fully completed. This implemented feature could help all members of your team stay more on schedule and would encourage task completion in line with all assigned deadlines.

View customer classifications from NRS
"In the new reservation screen, as users are adding customer data, it could be difficult to identify any important classifications that were previously added, as they are not visible from that screen. Making customer classifications clearly visible in this screen could help eliminate some confusion or highlight information that is important for your team to know."

In Mews Commander, VAT is posted on the nights or products. We don’t plan to connect VAT to payment types in the near future.
Our current EET integration reports all bill items. This gives properties more thorough VAT reporting.
If you’re still having troubling reporting VAT via the EET integration, could you explain why?

Mews Rate Scraper Integration
Competitor rates are very important as revenue managers consider how to set pricing for upcoming months. Improvement of scraped data could help with management processes as competitor pricing could be visible directly from the Rate Management Screen in Mews.
