the restrictions in Mews are very poorly made. Sometimes I have to create several lines for a single restriction. The function is unclear. huge waste of time. Do something please. Make it simple

That would be perfect if you could add the PDF format for reports. That would be easier for everybody !

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your valuable insights on this topic. I am happy to inform you that this feature is now live and ready to use for all* users.
*Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
More information can be found in this release note.
To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.

Mews allows to merge reservations but in the case a guest extend his stay through OTA's , even if you merge reservations, reports will show that room both in arrivals and departures. If the night Audit and Housekeeping don't pay attention , we ask the guest to release the room whereas his stay continues. In that specific case, that would be great if Mews shown that room as "Stay Over" in the report.
