Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your valuable insights on this topic. I am happy to inform you that this feature is now live and ready to use for all* users.
*Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
More information can be found in this release note.
To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.

Hello, reservations longer than a year can be created through monthly bookable services functionality. The maximum length is restricted to 5 years.
In the coming months, the team will focus on improving the functionality for long stays (monthly reservations) and introduce pro-rating, flexible housekeeping and product posting.

Important to understand the origin of the booking preferably in the same way as we receive the information from the CM. It should be aligned to ensure accurate reporting which is the base for any hotel.

With the current changes in the market, I suspect even more Mews users could benefit from adding the option for reservations >365 days.
Would be great to see it implemented.
