Hello, what is the update on this?
We encounter the same issue here. We need to be able to change the number of guests for each night in one accommodation to make sure our city tax and occupancy related product are right. Moreover this will ensure our statistics are correct.Mélissa Lalaus

We should be able to create seasons for rate to change rates faster. (exemple low season, mid season ect).

Very much critical for us as well!
We have a limited amount of rollaway beds / baby cots that we don't necessarily charge so we need to be able to keep an accurate inventory to avoid over "selling" these items. This is also valid for the air purifiers or other baby related items we place in room on request from the guests.
