Now you can add calendar events in your Enterprise Settings. These show as an icon & note on the Rate Management & Timeline screens, and on the Availability and Occupancy reports.

An error occurred while saving the comment Margot Demmers commentedThis is very importent for us. As we want to see if we have send the guest a confirmation or a bill. So we don't have to question this
After 18.00 our reception is closed and guest can enter the hotel with their keycard or pick up the key at a key safe outside the building.
If a booking is made after opening hours we are not able to prepair the reservation and leave the correct key in the keysafe.
So it would be great if we could be able to set the allotment to 0 or make a restriction for closet to arrival in hours.
