I am sending out all the offers with pre-reservations for next winter season. not being notified automatically once a guest accepts the offer is very time consuming. A simple notification once the status of a reservation changes shouldn't be too difficult to set up and ought to be standard out of the box for a modern system like Mews.

completely agree. In order to be able to plan the rates for the upcoming season, an excel export of rates by day and room type and restrictions would be very useful to have a better overview.

Bitte fügt als zusätzlichen Stornierungsgrund "Krankheit" hinzu. Dies ist der meist genannte Grund für eine Stornierung. Wenn ich "Sonstiges" auswähle und dann als Detail "Krankheit" eingebe, wird auf der Rechnung mit den Stornogebühren als Grund "Sonstiges" angezeigt. Wenn der Gast diese Rechnung seiner Versicherung einreicht für die Rückerstattung, ist diese Formulierung sehr unglücklich, dort müsste zwingend "Krankheit" stehen. Covid-19 als Grund könnt ihr gerne entfernen, diesen Grund brauchen wir zum Glück schon länger nicht mehr.

Excellent suggestion. We are a hotel in the Swiss Alps and are facing the same problem. Winter templates are now perfectly set up and translated, now I have to adjust it to the summer bookings but we are in the middle of sending out offers for next winter season. if they get templates with summer pictures they are not very keen on booking their winter holidays :-)
