Hello all,
This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. We are reducing the number of statuses to two (Idea to Upvote + Released) to help manage expectations about where each idea stands and to minimize the number of status updates required from our product teams. Bitte fügt als zusätzlichen Stornierungsgrund "Krankheit" hinzu. Dies ist der meist genannte Grund für eine Stornierung. Wenn ich "Sonstiges" auswähle und dann als Detail "Krankheit" eingebe, wird auf der Rechnung mit den Stornogebühren als Grund "Sonstiges" angezeigt. Wenn der Gast diese Rechnung seiner Versicherung einreicht für die Rückerstattung, ist diese Formulierung sehr unglücklich, dort müsste zwingend "Krankheit" stehen. Covid-19 als Grund könnt ihr gerne entfernen, diesen Grund brauchen wir zum Glück schon länger nicht mehr.

completely agree. In order to be able to plan the rates for the upcoming season, an excel export of rates by day and room type and restrictions would be very useful to have a better overview.
