This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. Hi everyone, we know this idea was logged a long time ago and we thank you for the feedback and ideas about how to improve the system. We do keep an eye on these requests and how they're progressing and we recognise we have room to improve in terms of providing feedback.
This idea has become a large group of different requests, so I want to clarify the intention and progress related to this. Please do reply and comment as necessary.
We have previously made progress towards a big part of the original intent of this idea by introducing a 'Check in form' configuration in Mews Operations. You can find more details on this in our help guides here. We are not yet marking this as complete until we deliver some further enhancements to which guests the data can be configured for. We plan to share more on this…

📩 Subject: Feature Request – PDF Export for MEWS Reports
Hello,
I would like to submit a feature request regarding the use of reports in MEWS.
📊 Current Issue:
At the moment, reports generated in MEWS can only be exported in Excel or CSV formats. These formats:
are not visually appealing;
can be difficult to use quickly for internal presentations or sharing with collaborators.
In a professional setting, we often need to share these reports with partners, management, or other departments — and having a clean, structured, and ready-to-send PDF format would be far more suitable.
✅ Suggested Improvement:
Enable the direct export of reports from MEWS in PDF format, with a clear and professional layout that retains any filters applied in the interface.
This would allow:
significant time savings,
improved readability and presentation,
smoother communication both internally and externally.

Je souhaite soumettre une suggestion d’amélioration concernant l’utilisation des rapports dans MEWS.
📊 Problématique :
Actuellement, les rapports générés dans MEWS ne peuvent être exportés qu’en formats Excel ou CSV, qui sont :
peu esthétiques visuellement ;
parfois difficiles à exploiter rapidement pour des présentations internes ou des partages avec des collaborateurs.
Dans un cadre professionnel, nous avons souvent besoin de transmettre ces rapports à des partenaires, à la direction ou à d’autres départements — et un format PDF clair, structuré et prêt à l’envoi serait beaucoup plus adapté.
✅ Amélioration souhaitée :
Permettre l’exportation directe des rapports MEWS en PDF, avec une mise en page soignée, lisible et professionnelle, tout en gardant les filtres appliqués dans l’interface.
Cela permettrait :
un gain de temps significatif ;
une meilleure présentation des données ;
une utilisation plus fluide à l’interne comme à l’externe.
