Hi Mewsers,
if you have online check-out enabled, guests receive the copy of their bill to their mailbox right after they finish online check-out. (they receive only copy of the bill which was closed by guest during the online. check-out.).Other bills closed via Commander are not being sent automatically to the guest yet.

An error occurred while saving the comment Erhan B commentedIf a customer booked with e.g. Airbnb oder BookingCom and they already pre-paid, it is difficult to communicate this matter: "You can just leave the check-in process at this point". From a guest journey perspective it would be very nice to have the same success response as you would have if you completed the check-in with credit card information.

We delivered customization of all emails which Mews send to guests.
We will start collecting new feedback for missing placeholders and other things separately
An error occurred while saving the comment Erhan B commentedThis Idea only makes sense, since the other E-Mail templates can be customizable in HTML. Having the pre-arrival E-Mail non HTML is inconsistent for the corporate identity when the other E-Mails look more classy.

Hi Mewsers!
You can now disable the QR code from all guest-facing emails through the Settings.To do so, please navigate to Settings > Services > Stay > Options and make sure that you don’t have “Enable QR code in emails” option selected.
If the option is disabled, placeholder in the body email is ignored and won’t be shown in the email body, neither the QR code attachment.

Hello from the Mews product team and thank you for your suggestion! We can confirm that email is an optional field in Kiosk (formerly Operator) as well as during the Online Check-in. So guests are able to skip entering the email for any children in their group.

I fully support this idea. Automating the sending of bills would be a game changer for us, making our operations more easy and efficient. It would also enhance the guest experience by providing prompt and hassle-free checkouts and also minimizing post stay communication. This feature is not just important, but critical for our operations. Let's do this! :)
