Hello from the Mews product team,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We have recently released a feature that allows you to view the mail queue for the individual guests from the Guest profile in addition to the usual mail queue.
You can access the mail queue on the guest level by selecting the guest dashboard and clicking on the mail queue icon on the top right hand side.
Please note that mail queue is currently visible to admin level users. We recommend that you consult your manager in order to access this functionality.

Hi Mewsers! We're happy to announce that we've released the Messaging API (& webhook)!
Whether you're using an external tool or handling everything in Mews chat, you can now unify all messages to and from guests in one place.
Integration partners are now able to check out the use case in our API documentation and start building a connection to the Mews chat function.

Hello from the Mews product team. Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, this request will not be added to the Mews development roadmap and is unlikely to be delivered. Today, Mews associates payments to customers, not bookings in favour of ease of find. Thank you for sharing your suggestions.
