Weekday Filter for Mews BI
It would be extremely helpful to have a weekday filter in Mews BI.
Many KPIs vary significantly by day of the week. Being able to filter dashboards by specific weekdays would make it much easier to analyze occupancy, revenue, ADR, and other trends without exporting data.
This would be a simple but valuable enhancement for data analysis.

Include confirmed availibility blocks in Mews BI Pro occupancy metrics by business segment
Currently, occupancy metrics in Mews BI Pro do not appear to include confirmed availability blocks that have not yet been picked up as individual reservations.
However, these blocks often represent accommodation already contractually committed to corporate clients, groups or other organizations, sometimes for extended periods.
As a result, occupancy figures in BI Pro can differ significantly from those in the Availability & Occupancy report, which includes confirmed availability blocks. This can lead to an incomplete picture of actual committed occupancy, particularly when analyzing performance by business segment.Suggested improvement:

Show Gross Deposit Total In The Deposit Ledger Dashboard
The deposit ledger dashboard shows net deposits. Currently I must export the deposit ledger to Excel and sum the gross column to find the gross total. Please show both the gross, and net deposits on the dashboard so this can be viewed without exporting.

Add companion data in Mews BI
to date, it is not possible to add companions data in Mews BI dashboard.
To know the full set of guests for a reservation, it is now needed to compare 3 reports (reservation, customer profiles and guest in house report). it is very time time consuming, andhaving these information in the BI will allow to have a full reservation report.note: previously the reservation report, in detailed mode, contained most of the information. unfortunately, it has now been deprecated in the new version

Filter "day of the week"
It would be helpful to create a "day of the week" filter (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) that we could, for example, add to the ADR panel and thus compare the ADR during the week (Sunday to Thursday) with the weekend ADR (Friday and Saturday). This data is required by the INE (in Spain), and currently we unfortunately have to calculate it manually.

Add reservation notes as a column in BI Multi-property Arrival Reports
Allow Reservation Notes to be added as a column in Mews Business Intelligence arrival reports/checklists. This would allow operational teams to review important booking information directly from the arrival checklist without opening each reservation individually - especially if parking and towels have been added. This is usually listed under the Properties/notes tab in each booking, but for group arrival checks, it's time consuming having to check each booking.

MEWS BI x Event Temple
It would be extremely valuable to have a native connector between Event Temple and Mews that pushes event forecast and pipeline data into Mews BI.
This would allow hotels to combine room revenue forecasts with Meetings & Events forecasts in a single reporting environment, providing a complete view of future business performance and improving budgeting, staffing, and revenue planning. Pace Report Year Over Year Data Break
The current pace report breaks once the look back period is over 1 year. The ability to compare current on-the-books rooms and revenue for a future stay period against the same-time-last-year on-the-books position is a standard hotel reporting need. It is used for forecasting, pricing decisions, sales strategy, budgeting, ownership reporting, and day-to-day revenue management.
The challenge is that, without historical OTB snapshot logic or a reliable way to recreate it in BI, we cannot accurately answer a very basic question:
“What did we have on the books for this same future period at this same point last year?”

For MEWS Bi, Currently, when a report is scheduled as a PDF, it is always exported in portrait orientation, regardless of the table size. The PDF export should automatically adapt to the table layout and switch to landscape mode when the table is wider (for example, when there are many columns). This would ensure better readability and a more user-friendly report format.

Gästeliste
Für den täglichen Betrieb an der Rezeption und in den operativen Abteilungen benötigen wir einen zentralen Bericht, der alle relevanten Gästeinformationen übersichtlich in einer einzigen Ansicht zusammenfasst.
Aktuell müssen die benötigten Informationen aus mehreren Berichten zusammengesucht oder manuell ergänzt werden. Dies kostet Zeit, erhöht die Fehleranfälligkeit und erschwert einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen Rezeption, Service, Küche und Management.
Unser Vorschlag ist daher ein kombinierter Anreise- und Inhouse-Bericht, der alle Gäste nach Zimmernummer sortiert darstellt und sowohl heutige Anreisen als auch bereits im Haus befindliche Gäste eindeutig kennzeichnet.
Folgende Informationen sollten enthalten sein:

Dear Mews Team,
I would like to share my feedback regarding the new Reservation Report.
Compared to the previous version, the new report is significantly more difficult to navigate and less user-friendly. The former report allowed users to view reservation information clearly and efficiently in a single screen, making it much easier to manage and review reservations.
With the new layout, it is no longer possible to view all key reservation details at once. Users must continuously scroll horizontally to access different fields and information, which considerably slows down the workflow and makes the report less accessible overall.
