  3. Hi there, Mews Team!

    Laurie here, reaching out from Zapier Support. One or more of our mutual customers has requested a new feature in your app.

    Specifically, they'd like to see an action that would let them close bookings at a specified time every day.

    An example use case for this would be to ensure same-day bookings aren't made after a certain time of day.

    I don't see this available in the API at this time:
    https://mews-systems.gitbook.io/connector-api/operations

    But if this is, or would be, possible, we'd love to hear it!

  4. "Access token," and "Client token" sound confusing to me.

    I propose changing these names to "Specific token" and "Global token" respectively.

  5. Get All Accounting Items: doesn't have a Service ID filter like Get All Reservations does. Once Spacetime launches: as we are filtering Reservations to show only the Accommodation/Stay bookings, we also want to only receive the Accommodation/Stay accounting items. As a single Accounting Category ID can be shared amongst multiple services, if we can't filter by Service Id we may end up including postings in Accommodation reporting that shouldn't be included.

  8. Currently the [PlatformAddress]/api/connector/v1/reservations/updateCustomer endpoint only accepts a single ReservationId

    If it could accept an array of ReservationIds this would allow us to perform batch updates of customers on a selection of reservations in a single API request as opposed to many repeated requests.

  9. Currently, a user who is setting up the key cutter will need to manually map individual spaces if their space numbering format is different from that in their key cutter software.

    This can be very manual and error prone as it involves several clicks and manual typing in of door lock numbers in the key cutter software into Mews. This cannot be done in batch currently.

    One suggestion would be to have a downloadable excel file with all space numbers in Mews, the user then downloads the file adds the corresponding door lock ids from their key cutter system. Then…

  13. [PlatformAddress]/api/connector/v1/products/getAll to contain a filter for "Offer to customer" products or to contain the flag in the response so that an integrator can understand which products are destined for customer sale and which are internal use only

  14. (EN) When the customer returns their card, I place the card on the SSalto Reader. Click the card to check-out button. The card is read and the corresponding room is displayed at check-out.

    Does the DND/make my room status communication between Commander and Assa Abloy could be developped ?

  20. Create a booking widget with minimal info to take you already to step two in booking process

    The widget would look like this and should be possible to place anywhere on a website:

    This widget should be minimal but somewhat customisable initially, later developed further.

    The date picker would take the user the second step in the booking process, having already completed the first.

    Coupon should also be there.
