a search function in the messages would be very helpful - or being able to see whether a guest has sent a message through MEWS in their profile/reservation.
For example if a guest asks to cancel and a cancellation/no-show fee would apply it would he useful to be able to check whether and when they requested this.
The CTRL+F command is quite tedious to use because it requires to load also older message first, and that is not ideal.

It would be very helpful to have a link to MEWS guest messages. Even better to have a notification/icon in the reservation that says who has contacted you and who hasn't.
To be able to filter messages as read/unread and search by customer's name or reservation number. Also, to be able to create a chat and send messages directly to the guest through the reservation; so far they can send us messages but not the other way around, and this makes communication hard to flow sometimes.
