Customise Email templates & send times
Customise timing of when email templates are sent. For example, allow a 'before start' to be sent 24hrs prior or 72 prior to arrival. Also, the option to create new templates from scratch to incorporate upsells and other emails for the customer journey.
If 'Before start' is not enabled to send, allow a Check-in reminder to be sent separately. I understand now that this can only be achieved if Before Start is enabled.

Changing the timing to whatever we want would be great, to not have any set times that we can choose, but rather to be able to set what we need.
New templates from scratch are also a good idea, as every hotel is different and has different needs.

I believe it would be a great addition to the existing templates so you have the flexibility to send a pre-arrival mail x days before arrival.

The pre-arrival email is very useful, but 2 days prior to stay is too close - both for guests making arrangements and our upselling, can we have the option to amend this to 7 days to give guests the ability to book dinners etc in advance.
If we could have the option to make and schedule our own email templates that would be even better :)

This would be great for all the emails, we also have issues with emails that are send to early or to late. Please allow us the change the time that emails will be sent.
