Blocks for nested spaces & parent rooms
When creating a block and adding a "pod in a room" does not properly reduce the room pods available, looks like there is an issue with parent rooms. For example, if you hold an 8 pods in a 8 pod room, the 8 pod rooms appears as available online and in the system.
This means that at the moment we can get overbookings if we do not load it as, , 8 pods in an 8 pod room AND one 8 pod room.

Monthly timeline needs to display ALL bookings
the monthly timeline is already a lot better to deal with long-stay enquiries, however, we have just oversold our property due to the fact that a short stay was not showing up on the monthly time line. we thought we had the full three months available when we didn't.
this is of course not acceptable meaning we are not able to use the monthly view.
may i suggest perhaps a weekly view? or just make the fields smaller (half or quarter their current width).4 votesThis functionality has been released in a limited scope (only bookings longer than 30 days are displayed). We are moving it to the backlog and will get back to it later.

Non residential packages
Would be good to have feature where you can build a non residential package, that is not linked to accommodation. Foe example we have a spa and we do spa days. a meeting room where we have day delegate package.
You can create the package but you cant book the package as there is no "management accounts" or ability to add function space in Mews

Hourly Desk Reservation
As of now, there is no way to sell co-working desks and meeting rooms for 1-2 hours at a time, but only for half a day or an entire day. We need to have the option to be able to let the guest reserve the time needed in 1 hour slots.

reserve a room for 0 guests
Please allow reservations for 0 guests.
Sometimes groups need extra rooms during the day for acitivities, however no guests are staying in those rooms. Therefore we would need to set the amount of guests to 0.Currently we have to use 'House Use' and post charges manually. However, this is incorrect for reporting purposes.

Painful photos uploading
The way we upload photos today in space categories is... archaic. One photo at a time, no tags, no way to describe the photo. The way you move photos order is also not efficient.
For a company like ours who has sometimes 50 photos per chalet, it's a nightmare :)
Please build a real "media section", where you can upload as many photos / videos as you want in one time. You could add tags and description for each photo / video.

customise the scheduling for email communications:
The pre-arrival email is very useful, but 2 days prior to stay is too close - both for guests making arrangements and our upselling, can we have the option to amend this to 7 days to give guests the ability to book dinners etc in advance.
If we could have the option to make and schedule our own email templates that would be even better :)

Availability
It would be very helpful if we could select or deselect multiple "Space Categories" in the "Availability & Occupancy Report" instead of just one.
Especially since the category "Family room with connecting door" distorts the number of available rooms / occupancies.

Availability and Occupancy report - All information in one screen
In my opinion it would better to view all information in one screen and avoid going to second screen. Thus we do not have to click multiple times to check availability status for each day rather we can have the full overview in one scree. Please add each space category and it's availability also in the first window / overview.

optimize space allocation button
When using the optimize space allocation button and discrete option dont hide the overbookings in the preview.

Add new space type: kindergarten spaces
In order to manage kindergarten spaces, we would like to request a new space type called "kindergarten spaces" or anything similar.

Move a reservation group to a different space category in bulk
In case of group bookings, would it be possible to select several rooms which have the space category to move them to another space category instead of doing one by one?

Use notes for multiple services
Can you please make it possible to use notes across multiple services?
Current situation: Notes can only be used on multiple rooms/parking of the same service. If you want to use the same notes for both a room and a car park, you have to enter them twice.
Desired situation: It should be possible to add and update notes for several services at once (using the checkboxes).

Single Space Under 2 or more category type
Single Space Under 2 or more category type
The feature to automatically disable the other category when one category is booked for a single room/bed is not available.
For example Room 101 is a Quad room but I also want it to be a four-bed dormitory room. Depends on the first customer the bed will be selected as a quad room or a 4 bed dormitory. The other category will be disabled when another one is selected if dormitory it will be dormitory and quad room category will be disabled for that room.

Cap number of Inventory per booking.
Hi,
I have set a service for guests to book Day by the Pool .
I want a cap of 6 to book sunbeds, but this is not possible.At the moment the functionality to cap the maximum number is capping the number of adults but you cannot cap the number of bed (sunbeds).
So far it not possible to have a way to cap inventory per booking.

Automatic Space Blocks
Automatic block on space prior to arrival and after departure, to ensure enough time to prepare space for the next guest. This is important for units or during peak periods, so that space isn't booked back-to-back when cleaning capacity is limited.
