Payment reconciliation and platform fees
We use the Payment Report to reconcile payments received from Mews against the payout amounts. This has generally worked well, with only minor discrepancies from time to time. However, since the beginning of September, we have noticed significantly higher platform fees being charged and deducted from our payouts.
Although the platform fee information is available in the Mews Payments Balance report, it would be very helpful to have this information included in the Payment Report as well. This would allow us to download and use a single report for our reconciliation process, making it more efficient.
