Proving Guest has accepted T&Cs tickbox
Whilst its 'controlled' in the booking flow that a guest cannot complete the reservation without ticking the acceptance box for T&Cs, when it comes to defending a chargeback it supports a stronger counter-challenge if we have the ability to send a screenshot of the reservation summary with the datapoint captured that the T&Cs were accepted and timestamped.

Considering the current volume of chargebacks we are receiving, and losing - this is hugely important to us in the attempts to defend.
