TEXT Extra person on booking engine - no need
We are sending rates for 1 person – and 2 persons are difference rate + 200 DKK.
The issue here is that we wish this text to be unvisible on booking engine.

invoicable visibility in the search box
Add the "invoiceabe" blue sign . When you search for a company in the main search box.
Atm you can only find the company, but have to go all in to the profile to see if its invoiceable.

product restrictions
Allow customization on when a product should or shouldn't be shown to the guest.
Some examples:
- Don't show breakfast product for breakfast included rates
- Restrict a product in the guest journey depending on minimum/maximum advance (will allow for gradually more expensive versions of the product as it gets closer to the date of stay)
- Restrict a product for certain days of the week (only available on weekends)

Allowing All Location as selection on booking engine
We are building our Group Booking Engine for our group of hotels, the location drop box could only allow the user to select a particular location and display hotels in that location. Can we add a ALL Hotel option in that drop down box, so all hotels within the same group would show once that is selected? this will be very convenience for distribution especially on high constrain dates.

Dining Options / Tags in booking Engine and Commander
Could we also have dining options in rates setup, so that guests (and staff within comander) can choose from options like with / without breakfast / full board / half board to select rates? (of course with nice labels attached 😉 )
For us, or in most city settings I believe, the major rate differentiations are non-ref vs. free cancellation and with vs. without breakfast ? Right?

Possibility to turn off bookable service in a specific booking engine
Currently we have a few services, such as bike rental, breakfast, and parking that can be added by the guests while making a reservation.
However, there are certain situations where we do not want this option to be visible for the guests. An example is guests that come for a specific conference, who book through their own booking engine.
It would be great if we can turn on/off bookable services for the specific booking engine when requested. We went through all settings, but are unable to find a way to do so.

Key Feature Tags
New Cancellation Tags Are confusing because they adjust dynamically based on the rate rules. What would be more useful is to be able to create a set of key tags that we can generate as the business to display on the room cards or rates when you have the selection of spaces. This would allow customers to make quicker choices and saving calling to understand what the room includes. Add cut-off time restriction option to the booking engine
We do not have a 24 hour front desk and do not want the ability for a guest to make a same day reservation after 9pm. Currently we can only set a restriction for the whole day, please add the ability to set a specific time.

Search results to reflect the exact number of occupants searched.
For hotels with multiple rooms with different occupancy rates, it would be very helpful if the search results in the booking engine would reflect the searched occupancy. Currently, this is not possible and rooms are always shown in the same order in the booking engine, no matter for how many people you want to book a room.
Desired behavior: if you search for a room for 2 persons, 2-person rooms are shown at the top. But if you search for a 6-person room, the 6-person rooms should be shown at the top.

Booker information
When a reservation goes through Siteminder the booker information is not added in Mews. We have alot of reservations made by a booker for a guest, when the guest arrives we only have their name and the booked details are gone so if the booker wants to pay we have to add this information manually after finding it in siteminder. its all there we just need the information to be added into Mews as well.

Confirmation with discount
Guest/booker should be able to see which discount has been deducted from their bill, when a dynamic company rate or a campaign rate has been used.

Show city tax in booking engine
Currently, the city tax is not shown or added in the booking engine but only when guests have completed their booking. They then recieve a booking confirmation with a higher amount (city tax added on top of total booking amount), which causes a lot of questions. Therefore, the final amount (room + city tax) should be shown in the last step of the booking engine before the guests confirms the booking.

Ability to filter space categories based on room capacity
When we decided to use Mews, a big point was the booking engines features. When searching for a room for 3 or 4 persons, only rooms having 3 or 4 beds where shown for booking.
Without telling anybody about the change, Mews now shows also rooms having pnly two beds and asked the guest to book more rooms. If a family wants to stay at our resort, the want a room/apartment having 3 or 4 beds, not 2 seperated apartments with 2 beds each. So please make it possible to change this. Problem with the visibility of the dates available in the calendar
Let me give you an example to explain my problem : Let's assume we are only open on friday night and saturday night. If a client wants to book a 2 nights journey from friday to sunday, the first picture of the booking engine calendar seen by the client shows the day of friday and saturday in black colours but the day of sunday is greyed out. improve restriction visibility in the booking engine
Currently, the only way how guest can find out about the restriction is when the restriction is applied across the entire property. If there's a different length of stay restriction attached to different space categories, the guest receives a "NO AVAILABILITY" message.
