Move notes to the menu Bar
Notes should not be located under Properties, as managing them becomes particularly difficult when handling group bookings. If a note needs to apply to the entire group, all rooms must be selected to ensure the note is added to every booking. This becomes even more complicated when bookings are cancelled or additional rooms are added.
A clearer and more practical solution would be to have a dedicated Notes section in the menu bar, for example, next to Status. This would make notes easier to access, manage, and maintain across the entire group booking.
