Automatic check-in only for the guests who have completed the online check-in form
We would like to have a solution for the automatic check-in from MEWS as follows:
For guests who have completed online check-in, Mews will automatically check in the unit.
For guests, who have not done the online check-in, have to do it in kiosk upon arrival.
At the moment we have a lot of guest communication and misunderstanding, why it is not possible to check-in in kiosk after set arrival time (in our case 3PM).
