Lead-in time and configuration for product upselling
There is already a suggestion for having a inventory for stay products. Now that the products can be booked by the customer during the booking flow and online check-in, it would be interesting to have more configuration options for upsell products. Right now, it is very limited. Certain products need to be prepared or ordered on request. There should be a deadline of choice. For example: booking a bouquet of flowers can only be added 48 hours before arrival. Otherwise we can't order the flowers anymore. In general; every product upsell that happens within Mews just before arrival, can be a risk. That would optimize the ROI of Mews.

We offer certain additional services (like afternoon tea) for which we require a preparation time of 48 hours. unfortunately there doesn't seem to be the possibility to mark this when setting up the service - only that you can offer it prior to arrival. is there a way we can add a time limit on (i.e. 48 hours prior to arrival) and that it generates a task not on the day of arrival but for example a week prior to arrival or on the day of the product being added by the guest.

Hi, for some addon/product, Operations needs some time to provide the product to the guests, for example they need to know 24h before the guest checkin. Would it be possible to have an advance purchase for addon please? For example this addon will not be available for booking within 24h before checkin?

It would be interesting to add the possibility of defining a default time for products. Currently when a product is added, the time is 00:00. A breakfast is taken by default at 7am for example.
