Merge Profiles Automatically

The system should have a tool to detect automatically similar profiles (same name and surname for example) and propose one by one to merge or not the profile. It could be a big help and time saver for us, as it could take time to detect duplicate profile.

    Hello

    We still have many profiles that are not shown as merge suggestions.
    Is there any file that you're not considering?
    For example, today we have a guest who is staying and has a new check-in for today but it hasn't been shown as a merge suggestion.

    Hello, when will the butten "keep both profiles / skip" come? We are waiting for it as with the current process it is very tricky. Looking forward to see an update on this.

    Hello Sofia,
    Thank you for your feedback. The button "keep both profile" is indeed coming early 2025. You will be able to decide if you want to keep both profile and not see it again in the list.

    After using it, I think I should include the "do not show again" option for the profiles you refuse to merge.

    This is much needed option as 70% of our business comes from OTA and this is causing lot of duplicate profiles in MEWS. Thanks

    The option "show duplicates" should be there. Merging should only happen if the phone number of 2 guests is identical.
