Product availability
If the property offers e.g. 10 baby beds the product should only be bookable if one of the 10 beds are available.
Second option would be that e.g. only 2 of the 10 double rooms have the space for an extra bed -> restricting on room count

We would like to be abble to manage the inventory of extra beds for adults such as extra baby cot in mews so that as soon as our inventory is sold, no guest can book those extras on line

This would be such a useful feature! Currently we have to manually track, with multiple spreadsheets and leaves a lot of room for error.

Very much critical for us as well!
We have a limited amount of rollaway beds / baby cots that we don't necessarily charge so we need to be able to keep an accurate inventory to avoid over "selling" these items. This is also valid for the air purifiers or other baby related items we place in room on request from the guests. -

Yes, it would be extremely helpful as we have some products with a limited number and run into issues if oversold the products during booking or online check-in.

Absolutely critical for us as we need to control how many cots / extra beds / high chairs we promise to future bookings.
currently set up as a bookable service and this is impacting on our statistics.
so either be able to remove this service from statistics, or set up an inventory control where we can see who has booked what, when. -

Ability to control availability of products. Hotels are often limited with how many cots/extra beds/stairgates etc they can offer. It needs to be configurable by the hotel, add a new product and have the option to specify how many of each available. If booked via BE then the availability reduces to in-house reservations team and vice versa

Setting limits to a product when the guests is making a reservation and when upselling at the OCI. For example LCO, if you HK can only handle X amount of LCO per day, set that product to that amount per day or for certain days so you can still make that extra revenue without overselling that product.

A must have for (especially) the limited parking spots. But also for baby cots and bikes.

Some products have a limited inventory f.e. babycot/ parkingspace/ extra beds...
It would be very helpfull to work with a maximum available product.
We have a limit of 25 parkingspaces. If we don't keep this in an excel sheet, we overbook this product and have a severe problem. It would be helpful, that every time we book a parking in MEWS for a period for a guest, this automatically diminish in the parking product inventory, so we never can overbook this product. Also very practival for babycot and other products with limited availibility. -

We definitely need an inventory management system. Ideally this would have to be directly linked to a product, for example if an extra bed for a certain time period is added as a product to a reservation, it is immediately deducted from the
inventory. -
