  1. We need to keep track of who made changes the property settings. Because we had a deletion of a space and we do not know who made these changes.
    So we have no track of the history on this space...and someone could have rented it without management knowledge.

  2. For properties, only the reservation manager has access to the Rate Management in Mews. So when employees are changing the rate of the booking, they will not be able to know what was the original price of the rate. They will only see from the action log the original rate and not the original price. Properties are pushing not just the original rate but also the original price of the rate in the action log without the products attached.

  3. With a property where length of stay plays a role for pricing, it would be convinient to see the number of nights directly under the arrival and departure day (both in timeline, but especially on "properties" overview.

  4. When updating HTML T&C, chains need to do it manually for each of the individual properties at this time.

    Would be nice to be able to link all enterprises to the same T&C, so updates need to be done only once, and thus minimizing effort and possibility of errors.

  5. Having a feature where you can easily click on a preset with settings that you've created previously for the reservations report, making it faster and easier to extract the required information. Instead of having to re-enter the preferences for each property.

  6. Because we have several properties it would be great to have the option to export the settings in mews. this because there are so many options 1 different setting can make a huge difference how the system works. Now we have no quick way to check the settings in mews.

  7. If the property offers e.g. 10 baby beds the product should only be bookable if one of the 10 beds are available.

    Second option would be that e.g. only 2 of the 10 double rooms have the space for an extra bed -> restricting on room count

  8. Arrival and Departure notes in a separate field in the Reservation Properties
    A note box which is not moved down with every new note and where you can add the details you need (time, flight, vessel, pax etc)

  9. Allowing users to manage the auto assignment of rooms. This should be an on property manageable process. Their are times that Mews does not properly manage inventory and availability in Mews creating odd gaps that force us to reassign reservations so that we can create space for new reservations.

  10. When a potential guest is calling a property for a proposal and the property is offering different options (per categories, per rates, per date etc), in the proposal that the guest will receive, there is only ONE button that will confirm ALL the options listed instead of one per option. Is it possible to have those several buttons (one per option) in order to allow the guest to choose one specific favourite solution?"

  11. LIST VIEW of reservation overview(arrival, departure, inhouse) and possibilty to sort by for example "guest name", "room number", "price", "departure date", "number of persons" etc.

    If we have more than 10 arrivals we are not able to all in a glance. This is a BIG challenge for larger properties.

  12. Properties should be able to customize their own origins as they may need to use more than the hardcoded ones, mainly for reporting purposes

  13. It would be nice to be able to email/share a thread with a guest when finished so that a guest e.g. has a proof of the conversation with an agent/property.

  14. For properties that do not have 24/7 coverage it would be nice to activate an automatic reply for the messages to mention e.g. that the property will reply within 12hrs or the next day.

  16. For example by configuration of a new property it is handy when you can export some configurations from an existing property and import this info in the new property.
    Such as:
    -pricing
    -space categories
    -accounting categories
    -accounting configuration
    -products

  17. To create a new filter ' by user' or 'group of users', to be able to schedule a report of reservations made the day before by specific users, e.g. reservations office users, not to have to pull the report and then filter by creator manually.
    Also, one report for all properties for multi-property companies would be useful.

  18. To have the option to export dashboard data from a guest profile or search from reservation report how many bookings/nights a guest has stayed in the property with a specified timeline.

  19. It is today possible to automatize preauthorizations but we can't decide the amount that need to be charged. For example an automatic preauthorizations of 500€ would be charged on check in time less 4 hours for a specific type of property (if failed, check in would then be restricted->an email is automatically sent). On an other property type it would be 1500€. I think it could be done through the space type

  20. It is very important for chains to be able to have a common database for all the hotels. Customer profiles should be shared between properties as guests are loyal to the brand and stay in different property in the same group.
    With Mews, a new profile has to be created every time in each property
