Arrival and Departure notes

Arrival and Departure notes in a separate field in the Reservation Properties
A note box which is not moved down with every new note and where you can add the details you need (time, flight, vessel, pax etc)

    This would be very nice time saving feature as now all the notes are blended in to one. It would be nice to see only with one glance notes related to check in and check out.

    In Reservation/Manage/Properties, a section where arrival and departure details can be added, separated from notes, so this information will always stay on top and are visible when you click on a reservation.
