Voucher - Note
Hi Siva,
Please see below images as previously discussed.
When we process a discount a section comes up asking for a description e.g. member discount.
Could you please request Bizzon to add this same option when we try to process a Crazy Golf Voucher, GolfNow, Stay and Play. It will make it much more user friendly.
This same option would be extremely beneficial as well when finalising a transaction for and vouchers or member credit account so we can add the voucher number in at end of transaction.

Only bundle name on order
I made bundles for mix drink like Gin and Tonic. For administration purpose it is important to make a difference in VAT. But when you print te order it says :
1x Jinzu Gin- G&T Jinzu
1x FT Indian tonic- G&T JinzuAnd that is confusing staff. It should say G&T Jinzu. So only the name of the bundle. Or give a choice, like you can do for the invoice, put product on the order or not.

notify service staff when order is ready to pick up from kitchen
A notification (physical receipt or digital notification) once order item is ready for pick up (from kitchen/bar) for service staff. Especially helpful in environments that have "runners" who only serve but do not take orders.

It would be useful to be able to send POS charges to more than 1 property in the event that they share F&B outlets.

View pending orders on the floor plan
Allow the waitstaff to see, on each table of the floor plan, the courses to follow. For example, in the case of a 3-course menu, it would display 1/3 if the table has only received the appetizer

Adding GUEST Name on a POS bill settle on Guest room
Actually when settle a POS bill on a Guest account in Mews, Mews POS-Bizzon show gthe Name of guest on screen. To make sure this is gthe right person who wkill be charge. When guest has signed on tghe screen, the bill is posted on his room account and a Pro-Format ticket is been provided for reception.
Reception store the ticket in the folder of the guest, but can not really controlled the Name of the guest.
And when you have 2 guest in a room who seperated bills, you can charge from the POS on the right folio on…4 votes -
Send PMS products to POS
Improving the connection between Mews POS and PMS to allow for F&B products such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner packages to be sent to POS. This will help improve efficiency so that the F&B team can create forecasts with information in one place.

Enable mandatory field in Bizzon Backend
It would be great to add "mandatory fields" in Bizzon Backend. Yet you can create an item without selecting a category. This causes errors as a category is needed to send it to the financial / ERP System

MAKE BIZZON POS chargeable on Guest or Company registred in MEWS, even if Guest or Cie are not C/I
When an Company comes to our restaurant just for lunch and dinner, and they want to have bill send to Cie for payment. You HAVE to create an GUEST account making it PAYMASTER.
Then in PMS, you need to connect that paymaster to the Cie, to be able to send the bill.

Have the POS retrieve the products from services in MEWS rather than having to recreate the List
We don't use the POS right now because as far as i'm aware the list of products needs to be maintained both in the POS and in MEWS. Having the POS pull a list of products from MEWS would be a key feature for us to consider using it.
