  3. Actually when settle a POS bill on a Guest account in Mews, Mews POS-Bizzon show gthe Name of guest on screen. To make sure this is gthe right person who wkill be charge. When guest has signed on tghe screen, the bill is posted on his room account and a Pro-Format ticket is been provided for reception.
    Reception store the ticket in the folder of the guest, but can not really controlled the Name of the guest.
    And when you have 2 guest in a room who seperated bills, you can charge from the POS on the right folio on…

  7. Es wäre schön, wenn es möglich wäre die ausgegebenen Bons individueller anzupassen. Wir hätten gerne Preise auf den Bons die in der Küche rauskommen und die Schriftgröße würden wir gerne etwas größer einstellen.

  8. Allow the waitstaff to see, on each table of the floor plan, the courses to follow. For example, in the case of a 3-course menu, it would display 1/3 if the table has only received the appetizer

  14. Remove the Appendix "Please keep this for your records" or in German "Bitte bewahre dies für deine Unterlagen auf". Problem is that in Germany and many other countries there is a formal way of speaking to people.

    In our case we use formal for all communication with our guests but this text isn't translated that way. That may be off-putting or probably even offensive for some. Because this note is added right at the footer field anyone could just add that to the footer text field in any way he like (formal or not).

  15. In order to confirm to the tax office that a meal was a business meal, in Germany so-called "Bewirtungsbelege" must be issued by the restaurant and completed by the guest. These are currently only available in printed form. To go further in the direction of paperless, it would be great if these could also be sent by email.

  17. We are starting to work with the handhelds, but I get complaints from the operation about when you want to order a new round at an exiting table. The thing is that when you have put in the order and want to read the order back, you see all the previous ordered items as well. There should be a screen in between with only the items that you ordered at that moment. Can you fix this?

  19. Hallo liebes Team,

    wir bieten im Restaurant Speisen vor Ort und zum liefern an.
    Da es hier zwei unterschiedliche Steuersätze gibt mussten wir hierfür eine Lösung finden. Wir haben aktuell dafür zwei Umsatzzentren und 1 Preisbook mit 7 % angelegt. Im Grunde funktioniert es.

    ABER: es passieren hier sehr schnell viele Fehler in der Anwendung.
    Es wird schnell das falsche Umsatzzentrum angewählt oder das umschalten auf mitnehmen vergessen.

    Mein Vorschlag wäre es, die Tische mit den entsprechenden Umsatzzentren zu verbinden. Wir haben ein Tischplan erstellt, mit zusätzlichen Tischen, wo wir das Essen usw. zum liefern draufbuchen können. Das ist für…

  20. Not taking away anything from the report as it is helping, but It would be so helpful, if there was a box that reported the gross sales for each outlet

    I.e.

    • Bar
    • Restaurant
    • etc

    At the moment, each manager is manually, adding up these figures to see what business each outlet did the previous day.

    Please look into it as it’s such an obvious one
