Allow companions to become reservation owners from a rooming list import
When companions are added to large reservations e.g. 100 + from the rooming list identifying the names of the companions is very difficult in these large groups. If users expand the columns, it means that they have to do a large amount of scrolling to find guest information as simple as the guests name.
Allow users to select whether or not they would like companions to become reservation owners when they have been added from a rooming list.

This would save so much time. Especially with big groups!

We have 422 rooms, groups with more than 200 participants. It takes us way too long...

When we upload a Group rooming list, at the moment even if all rooms are single rooms the uploaded names will land in the system as Companion. In this way we cannot see the names of the guests staying in the rooms when we look at the timeline for example. It will show the names that the group was picked up under and since we don't always have the rooming list by the time we actually pickup the rooms we use for instance the group name and all rooms will show the Group name as such. In order for the rooms to show the uploaded rooming list names we have to go through every room and click the companion guest (in a single room, which is strange) to be the owner of that room/booking.
Would be great if we could upload the rooming list with the owner of the rooms/bookings straight away.

Fantatsic Idea. I have requested this idea as well. It makes the process a lot smoother. We create a spreadsheet that we send to the group organiser and I ask for email name and first name for rooming list. Once we get this we copy over the names into MEW naming list and upload. We can have up to 200 guests on this list so in theory doing this saves up to 2-3 hours of time per list and removed human error. Having to swap the names around defeats the purpose of having this rooming list. It does however still save time and reduces human error. However having this function can save so much more. Times this 3 times a week. over a year we have reduced so much admin time.

It would make it much easier and less time consuming to upload a large group and become owner at the same time
