Reservation Tags
Make coloured tags on timeline for each reservation so we see straight away the type of guest: for example returning guest, journalist, vip guest or guest with a dog or guest with a special order etc.
It avoids clicking around to find the information. You can make the tags for reservations or guests.

Show Channel Manager Notes in Reservations Overview Report
Currently only manually added notes are shown in the reservations overview report. Please add the functionality that also the notes are shown that came with channel manager reservations.
I was adviced to manually add the same note from the channel manager which unnecessary and error prone work not to be done manually. This should work automatically.

Link available card to manually created reservations
When you have regular or returing guests it is very unconvenient and unwelcoming that the automatic settlement failure emails are automattically send to the guest, even if the card is on file. Guests do not want to endlesy update theire details again and again and again as they are expecting that after a couple of stays everything is fine for them.
Solution: allow the Mews Merchant to charge the card linked to the guest and not linked to the reservation.

RATES visibility for internal use
When restrictions are in place (for example: minimal stay 2 nights) the internal user CANNOT see the rate on those given days. In fact when restrictions are in place the hotelier cannot see any of the rates. So when there is a WALK IN or a request the hotelier is flying blind. Therefore: even when restrictions are in place there should be an option that hoteliers or certain users can still see the rates of that day.

Space name in timeline and New Res screens are not consistent
In terms of standardization, there is no option to select name or short name, the short name will display on the timeline when the name does not fit. Same for all others screens on the PMS. Pending on how much space there is within relevant window, the space name could show in 3 different ways i.e "standard queen room" - "B1B" or even just "B" (for the timeline) if there is only 1 space within this category.

multiple task setting - templates
In a previous system we were able to set up templates for a task which consisted of multiple individual tasks.
For example if a guest had requested an extra bed, reservations would add one task to the booking which in turn triggered the tasks for housekeeping to set up the bed as well as remove it on departure).
This was SO handy as it avoided mistakes and reception / reservations only had to add 1 task.

being able to move bookings on the monthly timeline
currently you are able to look at the timeline on a monthly basis, but you are not able to do anything like you are on the "normal" timeline. one of the reasons you are looking at this view is to be able to move bookings.

Be able to add text in a booking confirmation
Be able to add text to a confirmation of a booking. e.g. add the time of golf arrangement, confirm table reservation, or congratulate on honeymoon etc

Update departure date on selection
In the date filters, latest date remains in the past after earliest date has been set in the future.
To prevent additional manual work:

Last sell rooms
Currently you can set "reservation assignment strategy" to manage how rooms are allocated to reservations (e.g. top down, bottom up etc.). This works well, except there are a couple of rooms that we would like to allocate as "last sell". i.e. all other rooms get allocated automatically according to the reservation assignment strategy, with the exception of certain room numbers, which would get allocated last if the hotel was to be fully occupied.

Solve tasks by default when you cancel the reservation
When you cancel a group reservation, the tasks attached to one of the reservation will remain active. It would be helpful if tasks can be solved by default after you cancel the reservation

Monthly timeline needs to display ALL bookings
THIS PROBLEM HASN'T BEEN SOLVED DESPITE YOU SAYING IT HAS BEEN RELEASED!
the monthly timeline is already a lot better to deal with long-stay enquiries, however, we have just oversold our property due to the fact that a short stay was not showing up on the monthly time line. we thought we had the full three months available when we didn't.
this is of course not acceptable meaning we are not able to use the monthly view.

See at what time guests leave (Online check out)
It would be nice to see at what time the guests will be leaving when they have checked out online. We would like to see this in both the app and browser.

Have the option to automatically create a task when a voucher is used for booking via the MEWS booking engine (Distributor)
Use case: Guest uses a specific voucher, when booking via the (Distributor) MEWS booking engine, which would trigger a task for reception staff (e.g. to prepare a welcome drink for the guest prior to the guest's arrival).
Currently these tasks need to be created manually. This enhancement has the potential to save properties time, effecting an improved guest experience.

Timeline in order by room numbers
The timeline should be ordered by number and not only by categories, as every PMS does, instead of showing only by categories. By categories, the timeline is a real mess, since you have room numbers totally mixed.

keep the same price when changing the dates of a reservation
It would be great if when changing the dates of a reservation in the properties tab you could have an option to keep the same price when changing the dates. This could be added as it is the apply cancellation fees, which you can select or not. Specially now with the Covid-19 crisis we are changing a lot of reservation dates keeping the conditions for our guests, and if the price of the new dates is higher than the price they had, when you change the dates the price per night is automatically updated. restrictions notifications when amending reservations
Currently when modifying reservations, MEWS does not respect restrictions being in place.
Ideally we would get a pop up in case, we modify a reservation that does not comply with the restrictions in place. So we can choose to except the modification that does not match sales strategy.

Automatic tasks / recurring tasks by rate code, company, travel agency
Tasks that are automatically created for bookings based on rate code, company, travel agent or rate group. For example: with a special promo including a dinner all guests need to be contacted with regards to dietary restrictions OR
