Easier identification of groups
It would be great to have a way to visually identify which members belong to the same group within the timeline and check-in screen.
For example, groups could be represented through color coding, icons, or visual markers. This would make it immediately clear at a glance who belongs together, without having to check details or hover over tooltips.
Possible approaches could include:
Assigning a unique color to each group (e.g. pastel backgrounds or small colored indicators).
Adding group icons or symbols next to each member’s name.
Displaying group borders or headers to clearly separate teams or related entries.

Creating the same task for the whole group
We have a bunch of big groups coming which all have the same task set up, for different departments (e.g. housekeeping and reception). It would be great to be able to make the same task once for the whole group, instead of doing 30-40 tasks individually. The same would go for if we need to make the same task for multiply departments, it would make it easier to just choose the corresponding departments.

Excel Group Upload by Room Number Vs. by room category
When uploading Group blocks with excel, the system assigns rooms based on Room category, it would be beneficial to assign based on room numbers rather than room category

Availability block reservation status
To effectively utilize the Availability Blocks section, we need the ability to pick up rooms from a block that has an optional booking status. We often work with call-in allocations, where clients reserve a set number of rooms (e.g., 50) for their participants. As participants book rooms, the booking status changes to "confirmed" once a room is booked for an individual.

Make it possible to edit the rate of an existing availability block
Currently, it’s not possible to change the rate of an availability block once it’s created. To make any adjustments, the block would need to be deleted and a new one created.
It would be very helpful to have the option to modify the rate directly without having to delete and recreate the block.:)

It should be possible to edit the rate of an existing availability block. There are multiple reasons as to why a rate needs to be changed and deleting and remaking the whole block slows down work a lot.

group bookings that complete online check in, doesn't save email for additional guests.
When additional guests in groups complete online check in, their email does not save to their guest profile. Only main booker profile is complete with email.

Simplified Group Rooming List & Workflow Flexibility
We require a simplified, customizable Group Rooming List export template that is decoupled from the room assignment process. The list must be user-friendly, focus only on essential data, and utilize unambiguous visual grouping to indicate room sharing.
The current workflow is highly inefficient due to two main issues:
Workflow Constraint: It is currently mandatory to manually "pick up" or assign rooms to the group booking before the rooming list can be exported. This is cumbersome and risky, as staff must cancel/correct numerous room assignments if the list data (guest count or room allocation) turns out to be incorrect upon review.

Ability to Allocate Specific Nights and Items to Different Profiles/Bills
We would like more granular control over billing automation.
Currently, the system allows certain items to be moved automatically to other profiles or bills, which is helpful, but not sufficient for our operational needs.We are requesting the ability to:
Select specific nights of a reservation and automatically route those charges to a different profile or bill.
Select specific items (e.g., certain rate components or extras) to be billed to a separate profile or folio.

Export Group Allotment / Pick-Up Report
It would be great to be able to export the group allotment chart to show clients their group block pick-up. Copy and pasting the data from the Dashboard does not paste properly in Excel, Numbers, or any other app (Pages, Outlook, etc)

Link task to allotment block
It would be nice to be able to link task directly to the allotment block. It would be easier to locate the block already before any rooms have been picked up. We have several users handling the blocks and making adjustments to the room account, so this would help a lot.

See relevant block with rooms not picked up
At the moment you are unable to see the specific group that has remaining rooms that have not been picked up, instead you see all the groups with blocks during the specified dates.
With that you need to go into each of the groups to check which ones still have rooms that have not been picked up nor released.28 votes -
Show group total price for (optional) reservation groups
Currently, the 'manage reservation' screen for groups does not show a summary of the total cost for the group, but only shows the total of each individual reservation.
With optional reservations, there is no bill added to the 'billing' tab yet, so there is no (easy) way to verify how much the total cost is for the group reservation. This causes difficulties especially when sending out quotes to the guest.

Occupancy based availability blocks
Currently when an availability block is created, you can only block a space category overall. What would be beneficial to see an accurate ADR forecast/OTB for the future, is to be able to block rooms based on single or double occupancy.
For example, we block 8 rooms Standard as Single Occ. and 2 rooms Standard as Double Occ. with 2 different rates, so the ADR is calculated correctly. Currently it is only based on one rate and then adjusts once picked up based on occupancy adjustments, but for forecasting this is no use.

Es wäre sinnvoll und einfacher, wenn man direkt vom Reservierungsbutton aus auch eine Gruppenreservierung / einen Gruppenblock anlegen kann. Der Umweg über den "Verfügbarkeits Blöcke" Bericvht ist sehr umständlich. Auch sollte man den Gruppenblick in der Verfügbarkeitsübersicht sehen können. Zusätzlich sollten Reservierungen die zu einer Gruppen gehören einfach erkennbar sein in der Zeitachse bzw bei den Anreisen, also ohne, dass man in jede Buchung klicken muss und schauen muss, ob diese zu einer Gruppe gehört. Eine Filterung der Anreisen nach Gruppe wäre ebenfalls sinnvoll.

Removing guest from group
It should be possible to remove a guest from a group.
Cancelation and rebooking is not a logical process. The canceled booking stays forever in the group, doesn´t it?Shouldn´t be to hard to develop. ;-)

Rechnungen zusammenfügen
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man die Rechnungen einer Gruppe alle auf einmal markieren und auf eine Gesamtrechnung umbuchen könnte. Aktuell kann man nur alle RG durch einen Klick aufklappen, aber nicht alle Posten zusammen markieren, sondern muss jeden Posten einzeln anklicken. Gerade bei Tagungsgruppen ist dies sehr umständlich wenn es viele Zimmer sind.
