    Provide clear guidance in the Help Centre on:

    a) how to implement the new Google Analytics GA4 measurement in the Mews Booking Engine using Tag Manager

    and b) how to implement Google Adwords Conversion Tracking in the Mews Booking Engine using Tag Manager

  2. PDF Formatting of Accounting reports

    Add row formatting in PDFs generated by MEWS. Shading of the rows would be nice or/and make the lines between the rows visible in the printed version.

  3. Add filters to the accounting ledger report

    Would be great to have a filter on the accounting ledger report where you can filter each line instead of exporting first and then have to copy past all the guest details to look up bills.

  4. Manager Analytics monthly overview - Month to Date

    When looking at the monthly overview in the Manager Analytics,it would be great to know what’s happened in the past days (month to date). So we know what occupancy and Average Daily Rate we had already, to see if our Forecasts are still on track. This also helps us to determine whether our goals/targets are still within reach or we need to adapt.

  5. Matching invoices to Mews Merchant payments

    We are presently loosing a lot of time trying to reconcile invoices issued to payments received, especially when a downpayment has been made via MEWS merchant a few month prior to the arrival of a guest.

    Having a report where you can see 1 booking number and all the payments made for it including the details of the Mews Merchant payment identifier for each payment, would save us a lot of time during the debtors reconciliation process.

    customer classifications in profile.

    For customers, we could also have a more specific option in the Internal tab, classification, than "problematic":
    Example that we miss: smoked in the room, damage, animals, triggered alarm (fire), very dirty room.

    Bonjour,
    Serait il possible d'avoir un rapport journalier, détailler des petits déjeuners avec le nom des clients et les nombres de petits déjeuner par personnes et par jours (actuellement le rapport nous donnes la quantité total de petits déjeuner du séjour de chaque clients) et c'est pas pratique car certains client ne prennent pas le petit déjeuner tout le temps
    du coup il faut exporter le rapport sur excel faire des modifs et imprimer pour le matin

    Bonjour, notre ancien PMS nous permettait de voir sur le calendrier d'un seul coup d'oeil quels clients avaient tout réglé par un petit symbole (c'était le symbole euro) à droite de leur nom. Cela est pratique car un jour de départ avec beaucoup de clients, on voit tout de suite à coté du nom du client le symbole, le client rapporte la clef , il est toujours pressé, on voit le marqueur, et on a moins de stress.

  10. viewing cancellations for arrival date

    To be able to view cancellations based on their arrival date instead of cancellation date.

  11. Accounting Report filter by items

    In the Accounting Report, why it’s not possible to pre-filter by items? Sometimes we just need to check the details of certain items and if we download them all it takes ages. Also if we take a long period Excel doesn’t support the size and crashes.

  12. Product Options - Selected by Default - With Rules

    We'd like to be able to have Products 'Selected by Default' on specific rate plans / channels.

    We have a Sustainability Product that we would like 'Selected by default' on our direct rate plans/channels.. In Mews & in the booking engine.

    The current 'Selected by default' feature adds the product to ALL reservations, this doesn't work as we can not add to agent reservations.

  15. Ability to select multiple dates in the Analytics reports/graphs

    It would be great if we could select multiple dates or multiple months in the reports/graphs - for seasonal hotels, it is really the way we tend to anlyse performance.

  16. Commission report (Onyx)

    We would like to work with Onyx to process commission claims but there is no commission report in Mews that can be submitted to Onyx.

    It would be nice to have a commission report that can be used to check commission and that can be submitted to Onyx.

  17. Make a special reservation type:

    Make a special reservation type: Group reservations: to open and you can see the company/travel agency to whom reserved the, date form to, how many persons, names, surnames, room tapes etc. needed information in one block, cud made the changes (for example ask to me)

  19. Reporting by guest country of origin

    I would like to see the ability to easily generate a report which would break down the guests' origin by country of residence. Also, integration with the French government's INSEE (Fréquentation dans les hébergements collectifs touristiques) would be great !
