Rooming list functionality: Existing profiles and Phone numbers
Phone numbers are mandatory according to Mews own guidelines.
Therefore, it should be possible to add phone numbers to group bookings, as these are often sent by the booker, and adding 100-200+ phone numbers is extremely time consuming, if done one by one.
1) Add a column when downloading the rooming list, so phone numbers can be added.
Secondly, duplicates are sure to be found, both when adding email and phone numbers to the rooming list. Manually going through them is fine, however, it should add the information to profiles that are not currently in the system.
Adding functionality to merge the profiles in the rooming list when added would solve this.
2) Add ALL information on NON-existing profiles, open merging for existing profiles.
