Include User Profile ID in User Exports
Currently, User Profile exports provide comprehensive user information, including user name, email, roles, properties, permissions, authentication settings, account status, creation date, and last login details. However, the export does not include the User Profile ID.
We would like the User Profile ID to be added as a dedicated column in both:
- Property-level User Exports
- Multi-property / Portfolio-level User Exports
Having access to the User Profile ID would significantly simplify:
- User auditing and administration
- API and integration troubleshooting
- Cross-referencing users between exports, logs, and backend systems
- Bulk management and reporting activities
This enhancement would make bulk User exports more complete and reduce the need for manual lookups when identifying users across systems.
Additional Improvement Suggestions
While enhancing User Exports, it may also be valuable to include:
- Last Password Change Date (for non-SSO users)
- Last Permission/Role Update Date
- User Creator (who created the account)
- User Deactivation Date
- Last Property Accessed
- SSO Provider Name (Microsoft, Google, Okta, etc.)
- Account Type (Human User, Service Account, Integration User)
- Total Number of Assigned Properties
- MFA Status as a Dedicated Column rather than embedded in Authentication details
- Last Activity Date (more useful than login alone in some auditing scenarios)
Of these, I'd particularly recommend User Profile ID, User Creator, Role Last Modified Date, and Deactivation Date, as they provide the strongest operational and audit value.
