Problem
It is currently not possible to add tasks to group or block reservations. In addition, tasks in general are not searchable, which makes it very difficult to track what has been done or what is still pending — especially for group bookings.

Operational impact
For group bookings, we need to manage important milestones such as:

Name list deadlines

Booking cut-off dates

Client follow-ups

Today, these tasks cannot be linked to the block itself, and since tasks are not searchable, it is almost impossible to get an overview of tasks related to a specific group or block. This leads to manual tracking outside of Mews and increases the risk of missed deadlines.

Improvement request
Please consider:

Allowing tasks to be created and managed directly on group/block reservations

Making tasks searchable and filterable (e.g. by reservation, group, status, due date)

This would significantly improve group booking workflows and day-to-day operational control.
