Notification of optional reservation confirmation
If we make an optional reservation for our guests and send them our offer. The guests confirm the reservations through the link but the responsible employee/department do not get any information or notification, so it is problematic to keep track of these bookings. It would be great to get atleast a pop up notification if the guests confirm there reservations. This information is essential for internal planning for almost every property.

There should be a confirmation notice for when a guest confirms an optional reservation.
For large hotels or companies it is just not efficient to just check regularly. So for me a simple solution would be to have a confirmation notice just like with reservations done through the booking engine.

When the guest confirms or cancels his option in Mews we do not know about it. We would need a notification to submit e.g. the deposit invoice and all details concerning the booking, in case of cancellation to give at least a short reaction to this fact.
