Automatic reply for messages
For properties that do not have 24/7 coverage it would be nice to activate an automatic reply for the messages to mention e.g. that the property will reply within 12hrs or the next day.
To be able to configure automatic responses based on property would be very helpful.
24 Hour properties vs non 24 Hour properties would require different messages.
Showing the average response time would also help set the expectation that it's not a live chat feature.

Guests expect an immediate response, it seems. Would be good to have a response after office hours to notify them that we will respond within a certain time.
