Individual bills
Ensure that the items for each stay are assigned to an individual bill. It is confusing, if there are different stays and prepayments displayed on one bill and extra work is needed to separate them for check-out.

Recurring Calendar events
I am very good at filling in the calendar with event occurring in Karlstad BUT
Is there something I can do so that old events disappear after they have passed the date.
As it is now I have events from 11th of June 2021 and all the time when I fill in a new event it starts from the beginning. Very annoying!

Complementary room category
As a house use, could you please have a new category called " Complementary" on availabity/occupancy report. Today I use a special rate, and I have to go on reservation overvieww and check one by one. In your internal report, we want an occupancy rate, and Average daily rate without Complementaries rooms.

Allow products to be offered by all staff or only management
Some stay products are only used by management or certain reservation agents.
Now all other agents and staff have to go through a long list of products to find the product that they need for the booking. Show actual Guest in house Profiles when clicking on 'donut'
The donut on the right in mews shows how complete the guest profiles are. However, when you click on the GIH donut to have a detail, it shows you the arriving profiles as well. In order to see the actual GIH, you still need to change the filters. This is not logical, as you are clicking on GIH, mews should apply the filters accordingly and only show the profiles of the guests who are actually in house at that moment.

Commission Module
Have a commission module to have the ability to track third party bookings commission (and very handy when it comes to verify accuracy of third party invoice and/or make amend where required)

Notifications
If we make an optional reservation for our guests and send them our offer. The guests confirm the reservations through the link but the responsible employee/department do not get any information or notification, so it is problematic to keep track of these bookings. It would be great to get atleast a pop up notification if the guests confirm there reservations. This information is essential for internal planning for almost every property.

Check in times on Past Arrival reports
I would like to print a report of arrivals from the past which shows the guests ACTUAL check in time. Any report I produce shows the general 3pm arrival time but not the actual time the check in was performed on the system.

Price Period
The Price Overwrite Periods of the rates should be longer, than 12 months.

Mews Update overview
the update overview on Mews is great, but could it please be possible to add a delete button once you have read the update. that way you know exactly which ones you still need to familiarise yourself with and don't end up with a list 500km long!

checking in a guest manually needs fixed!
Currently to check in a guest, You have to navigate too many screens between payment, guest info, and check in. Instead when you click check in, MEWS should automatically prompt the guest info then payment instead of having to navigate multiple tabs.

Make the old availability report available too
The old occupancy report is still available but not the previous availability report.
We used this report daily to modify the distribution between room types (mainly for internet channels to increase available single rooms and decrease double). It was easy to read, to modify and with a clear view on several future days.
The new report doesn’t give a direct view on number of rooms available for each room category. The table is also less convenient when it comes to change these rooms allocations (several sub-menus whereas the access was easier before).

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding the new availability and occupancy report.
We currently provide the option to swap back to the old Availability and Occupancy report, by selecting the button on the top right hand side of the new report labelled "Old Occupancy report. Selecting this button will switch you back to the old Occupancy report as requested. Once you are able to view the old Occupancy report, select the Availability under “Mode” filter.
We have updated your request title to solve for comparing availability by room type over a long period. This request has been updated as one to be upvoted by the Mews Community.

Admin to have own the rights to be able to change employees usernames, currently all employees can change their usernames themselves

Group Segments together
Being able to group segments together for reporting purposes E.g. segment "Negotiated" could include "Negotiated - Leisure", "Negotiated Business" etc.

Reservation Report - don't count cancelled rooms when not filtered on cancelled
Currently reservations that are cancelled partly are still counted full in the total room nights in the Reservations Report.
However the total rooms revenue is only confirmed and optional revenue (with filter confirmed, optional, checked in, checked out selected).
It would be more clear if the calculations are the same. In my opinion cancelled nights shouldn't be counted if not selected in the filter.

Manager report including and excluding optional rooms
Currently you can setup the Manager report with status Confirmed, Optional, Inquired. It would be great if you would be able to see the figures separately.

Add 'comment' condition to product rules
It would be useful to add more conditions to product rules; e.g., comments -- this would allow to create product rules based on matching words in the reservation comments.
