"Old Availability" screen shortcut
Dear Mews team, kindly note that the OLD AVAILABILITY screen is VERY ESSENTIAL for day to day work.
The NEW availability & occupancy report does not show the whole picture of the property at a glance.
It is very important to have the availability screen back as it is time consuming to get to the button "Old Occupancy Report" and then change mode from Occupancy to Availability.

Occupancy notification
It would be convenient to receive a notification if the occupancy reaches a certain percentage on a certain day. (e.g. if 60% OCC is reached on a certain day, you receive an email to notify you).

Minimum Price for Space Categories
Currently, it's unfortunately not possible to set a minimum price for a space / room category.
However, this would be very helpful if you have a set of rates that derive its price from another rate (called "base rate" in Mews).
Let's look at the following example: To create better long-stay rates, I created 16 rates. For every two days a guest stays longer, the guest will receive a (small) discount for the whole stay.

Pricing whole year at once
it would be really practical if we were able to set pricing/rates for the whole year instead of having to select a period of only a few weeks. Would save a lot of time.

Change base rate after having created a rate
Once you have created a rate, you should be able to amend it and link it to a base rate. If you have already mapped it on your channel manager, you do not wish to delete it and restart, you just want to now link it to a base rate or change the base rate link

Add additional lines in between paragraphs in the rate description, at the moment it is not supported within the placeholders htmls.

Add Space Category to Rates
Add a multiple select option for Space Categories inside rate set-up.
I don't necessarily want all space categories sold on every rate that is set-up. It would be ideal if I could select the applicable space category inside the rate rather than having to "always" apply multiple restriction across many rates and room types, this has potential of creating hundreds of restrictions (10 rates/10 spaces).

Ability to Restrict Distributor
I would like the ability to Restrict Distributor (Mews online bookings), so the only way a reservation can be made is by a Mews user. I have my channel rates set-up in Rate Groups and am able to restrict my external channels as needed. However, the only way I can Restrict Distributor is by applying it to the whole house, which isn't always necessary or desired.

Rate set up to be linked to short name of base rate
we have several rates with the same name as we use them for different lengths of stay (i.e. corporate rate). we do not wish to display the minimum stay restrictions in the rate name itself.
however, when creating a new rate which is linked to the base rate (i.e. you get 28% discount for stays of 7 nights), it only displays the full name. this is really annoying as you don't always know which one to pick.

RATES visibility for internal use
When restrictions are in place (for example: minimal stay 2 nights) the internal user CANNOT see the rate on those given days. In fact when restrictions are in place the hotelier cannot see any of the rates. So when there is a WALK IN or a request the hotelier is flying blind. Therefore: even when restrictions are in place there should be an option that hoteliers or certain users can still see the rates of that day.

Multiple/Nested Conditions in Restrictions
To be able to create a combined/if restriction.
As an example: For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of the creation of the booking AND at least 14 full days prior to the start date of the booking.

Voucher Menu
In the summary screen of the voucher menu you only show the Name, Company, Travel Agent. We would like you to add in Rate Code and Expire Date in the overview. As its end of the year we now need to click into every voucher code to check if the voucher is still valid or not. We need a better overview on the created vouchers.

Adjust a price for entire space categories SEASONALLY
Currently you can adjust a price for an entire space category for an unlimitied period of time. Could be great to have the possibility to have different prices adjustements according to certain period of time.

Action Log: Amend or Change of Restrictions
Being able to have an audit trail or log of restrictions that have been amended or deleted. Currently if a restriction has been deleted its gone. you cant see who deleted. With regard to amending restrictions yes you have been who and when but you don't know what has been amended/added

Do not show in the restrictions the rates that are not activate
Ex : All the summer rates are desactivate, and I see it all when I am setting the restrictions during for the winter dates and rates. (mountain resort hotel)

tax rules
Is it possible to set up different tax rules by room type or rate plan? I am not seeing that we can alter our tax settings, but we need this functionality. We have certain third party TA's that are collecting and remitting part of the occupancy tax, so we need the ability to designate which taxes should be applied to any given rate plan and/or room type.
